Today, creating or manipulating files has become extremely easy and accessible to anyone, especially with the rise of generative AI.
At the same time, verifying their authenticity afterward is increasingly complex.
That’s why we developed a comprehensive framework that ensures the authenticity and integrity of every file generated through VIPERPRO.
VIPERPRO is a native anti-fraud framework
1. DOCUMENTATION CAPTURE
All photos or videos are captured in real time during the video call between the professional and the on-site contact.
Both the communication between the two devices and application code are encrypted.
The professional supervises and guides the inspection.
On-site contact takes an active role in the documentation process.
No external files can be uploaded: every piece of content is generated directly within VIPERPRO.
Each file includes detailed metadata (date, time, GPS, IP, operating system, browser, device, and more).
Personal data is encrypted and securely stored on redundant cloud servers in Italy.
2. FILE HASHING
For each file generated, VIPERPRO computes a SHA-256 HASH, a unique string that guarantees its integrity. Each file has its own fingerprint: if even a single bit changes, the hash will no longer match.
Thanks to this system, the integrity of every file created within VIPERPRO can always be verified.

3. CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE
At the end of each inspection, VIPERPRO generates a PDF/A certificate digitally signed with a Qualified Electronic Seal (QeSeal) issued by Infocert. This document includes:
- Certificate header with case ID, issue date/time and company details
- Inspection information – date/time, participants, map and GPS coordinates, case details and any signed documents
- A table showing all acquired file (photos and the first frame of each video), with generation date/time and the hash of each file
- The full text of the accepted privacy policy
QeSeal has full legal validity across Europe.
Certificate authenticity can be verified both on www.viperpro.it/verifica/ and on third-party platforms (e.g. Infocert, Namirial, Notariato etc.).
On request, a timestamp can also be applied, providing certified legal proof of the certificate’s date and time.
